This morning I had to go to SMK Bukit Kepayang to be one of the judges for the Choral Speaking Competition. A short trip that takes about 10 to 15 minutes took me 50 minutes. I made a few phone calls, stopped to ask for directions twice before I could get myself to the correct destination.
I've been to that school at least twice and yet my mind seemed so fumbled when I drove this morning. I really had no clue where I was going...I thought I knew but obviously I didn't. I forgot the road.
Can you believe it? It's only S2...not KL. This shows how bad my sense of direction is. Definitely time to get myself a GPS.
This reminded me of how lost I got last year when I drove home from Sunway Hospital after ma's checkup with brother in the car. He was totally cool about it...I drove all the way to Putrajaya and some other ends of Selangor before I could get myself out to the highway.
Well, as long as the tank is full, it's ok. No need to panic, just drive on.....

SM - I have a confession to make. I still get lost driving even with the satnav, and would be a thousand times worse with just a map or road atlas.
...... guess i will always be apia with such things :(
PP ... Blame it on the satnav then, if u get lost.
