Scallop potatoes

Lyn learnt this from one of the cooking demos in MYF. Her favourite.

Ingredients : 5 potatoes

salt, black pepper, thyme leaves, garlic powder, milk

Method : 1. Slice the potatoes using the slicer

2. Place them in iced water

3. Pat dry with a towel

4. Arrange in a casserole which has been buttered

5. Put a dash of salt, black pepper, thyme leaves and garlic powder after each layer.
6. Pour milk till it almost cover the potatoes

7. Bake in the over for 1hour 30mins
